Whistlepig Farm Retreats offers a soulful, nature-rich setting just outside Asheville, NC—ideal for facilitators, healers, and creatives looking to host their own small-group retreats. Nestled in the heart of Hominy Valley with views of Mount Pisgah, our 7-acre property provides the perfect mix of simplicity, charm, and inspiration.

What's Included in the Base Rental

Your rental includes exclusive access to:

• The 2,500 sq ft farmhouse (sleeps up to 12)

• 2.5 shared bathrooms

• Indoor gathering space

• Large farmhouse kitchen + outdoor grill

• Firepit with mountain views

• 7 private acres with creek access and walking paths

This base rental is perfect for groups who want to create their own experience in a peaceful, grounded setting.

Rental Rates

Base Rate (Farmhouse Only):

• $500 per night (2-night minimum)

• Includes lodging for up to 12 guests

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

• $150 cleaning fee per visit

Optional Add-Ons:

• Glamping Tent by Hominy Creek: +$150 per night (sleeps 2)

• Vintage Camper with Electric Hookup: +$125 per night (sleeps 2)

• $50 cleaning fee

All accommodations include fresh linens, access to shared bathrooms, and use of shared indoor/outdoor spaces.
